Data Management Coordinator The Data Management Coordinator will assist the Director of Data Management and Customer Service to ensure the integrity and maintenance of the database. This position will also provide database support to our Marketing and Fundraising Departments. Review related processes and procedures and make process improvement recommendations as needed.
This is a highly visible position with the potential to learn and grow. Veterinary Medical Director North Shore Animal League America, the world’s largest no-kill animal rescue and adoption organization located in Pt. Part Time Accounting Clerk North Shore Animal League America, located in Port Washington, seeks a Part Time Accounting Clerk for 10-15 hours per week.
Duties include assisting the Accounts Payable Department with entering invoices into the computer system, filing invoices and mailing out payments. Will assist with other light bookkeeping and/or clerical duties.

Business & Marketing Student Internships The North Shore Animal League, is the world largest no-kill animal shelter, and is located in Port Washington, NY.
The League is offering two to three students an opportunity to assist the Marketing Department with a new and exciting animal welfare initiative. Summer Intern experience can include involvement in the areas of planning, website integration, advertising, promotion, PR, and others.
This is truly a unique, hands-on opportunity to be involved across various areas of the marketing mix, and to do so with a very progressive, not-for-profit organization. In addition to honing business and marketing skills, Interns are helping to save animals too.
Internships are being offered from July 15 – September 1 (and there is an opportunity for an Internship to extend through the balance of 2008 - optional).
One Intern will work in our office and one-two other Interns have the flexibility to work primarily from home (but will be expected to attend meetings at the League one day each week).
